Three times wed Jennifer Lopez has admitted she “learned about love the hard way” – but has not ruled out marrying again.
The superstar singer, a mum of eight-year-old twins, is currently in an on-off relationship with actor and choreographer Casper Smart, who is 18 years her junior.
The couple began dating in 2011, after she split from her third husband, Latino singing legend Marc Anthony.
And in a magazine interview on Saturday, incurable romantic J-Lo said: “I’m not saying marrying again is out of the question – but then, nothing in my life is out of the question.
“Everything and anything is possible. I don’t put limits on myself.”
The singer turned actress, currently starring in the new TV cop show Shades of Blue on Sky Living, is as well known for her colourful love life as her acting and singing achievements.
But her role as a New York police officer in the TV thriller, which British viewers will see for the first time on Wednesday, is her first lead role in a mainstream TV show.
She plays Harlee Santos, an NYPD detective struggling to raise her daughter alone.
She says: “Growing up in the Bronx, I was around a lot of cops and I even dated one once. He wasn’t a major boyfriend – I can’t remember his name.”
