Kardashians, Jennifer Lopez + More Stars Celebrate Olivier Rousteing’s Birthday Party

Olivier Rousteing Birthday Party Photos

Kim KardashianJennifer Lopez and more stars celebrated Olivier Rousteing’s birthday on Friday night. Check out all the photos below!
Rousteing, of course, is the beloved creative director of Balmain, a favorite among top celebrities. The Kardashians are some of his biggest supporters, and it was no surprise that Kim, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner all showed up for his big bash. Noticeably absent, however, was Khloe Kardashian, who opted to remain at husband Lamar Odom’s hospital bedside.
The party wasn’t hurting for heavy hitters, though. Lopez and Casper Smart, Kate Hudson, Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake, and Cara Delvingne were just some of the other big-name attendees. Other guests included Jada Pinkett Smith with Jaden and Willow, Mary J. Blige, Rachel Zoe, Jussie Smollett, Tyga, Zoe Kravitz, Jaime King, Alessandra Ambrosio, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Jourdan Dunn, Chanel Iman, Dylan Penn, and Miguel.
A.J. McLean also made an appearance, just a few days after the Backstreet Boys performed at the BALMAIN X H&M Collection launch. On Saturday morning, hours after the shindig’s end, Kim Kardashian was already lamenting that Rousteing’s trip to Los Angeles was “so short.” She and other stars shared a number of photos from the party on social media,

Jennifer Lopez to Host 2015 American Music Awards

A new Latino will be hosting the American Music Awards this year. Puerto Rican singer, actress and producer Jennifer Lopez has taken the spot as host of the AMA's after Pitbull's two-consecutive year run as host.
Lopez is set to host and have a live performance in support of her recently announced Las Vegas show, "All I Have," set to premiere January 2016 at the AXIS Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. The show promises that fans can expect a "mix of pop, R&B and fan favorites" from Lopez.
In 2013, Pitbull hosted the show for the first time and received a lot of mixed reactions. He used the occasional Spanish word in his speeches and JLo preformed a tribute to the late salsa singer Celia Cruz in Spanish. Both sparked controversy in the Twittersphere. But, even after the backlash, Pitbull returned to host in 2014.
JLo took a trip down memory lane on her twitter account. "From my first @TheAMAs nomination 15 years ago to HOSTING the 2015 #AMAs! It's going down 11/22 on ABC!! #AMAsJLo," she said.
This year's nominees will be announced October 13 on ABC's 'Good Morning America,' and six additional categories will be announced via SnapChat (TheAMAs) following that broadcast.
The 2015 AMA's will be on Sunday, November 22 at 8 pET on ABC.

What is fish gape? Red carpet trend adopted by Jennifer Lopez, Nicki Minaj and Miley Cyrus

Jennifer Lopez

Comedy movie Zoolander is responsible for making the duck face "a thing" but the facial pose has now been replaced by an equally bizarre trend, dubbed the fish gape. Celebrities have subtly traded pouts in recent months with the likes of Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez and Miley Cyrus among the biggest offenders.
Gone are the days when the rich and famous would push their lips out on the red carpet while posing for paparazzi pictures as they have now perfected a whole new trend that is spreading far and wide in Hollywood. The fish gape requires the celebrity to slightly part their lips while sucking their cheeks in.
It is entirely as strange as it sounds with the pose often forcing an unnatural expression akin to a deer stuck in headlights or, according to the general consensus, gormless. Whereas the duck face makes the lips appear plumper, the fish gape aims to give the illusion of a slimmer face due to the drawn in cheeks and low chin.
Celebrities are known for adopting weird and wonderful trends but why has the fish gape caught on? Harley Street psychologist Dr Becky Spelman told the Mail Online: "Because of the way today's spotlight shines on celebrities, the red carpet is a daunting place for even the most confident and experienced individual. For a long time, the fear of giving too much of the artist's personality away on this public platform kept a relatively narrow set of rules; stand like this, keep your face like this etc."
Spelman credits the increased obsession with looks in celebrity circles on social media and the notorious selfie, adding: "However, the development of the social media generation, and particularly the rise and rise of the selfie, has seen these rules be widened, as this next generation are far more used to exposing their personalities through playing around on camera. This has led to a trend whereby, rather than be sullen and still, celebrities are being more playful in public
